About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a book of business while bringing in new business
- Conduct high-volume outreach and follow-up phone conversations
- Make an average of 100+ calls and spend 3 hours on the phone per day
- Use consultative selling techniques to prospect and initiate product interest
- Achieve or exceed sales goals
- Develop integrated sales strategies
- Make outbound sales calls to potential travelers interested in group travel
- Maintain relationships with past travelers to encourage repeat bookings
- Work 1–2 weekend days per month, with a weekday off in exchange
- Work late shifts 1–2 days per month from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. MT
- Participate in sales, product, marketing, industry trends, consultative selling, presentation, public speaking, and mentorship development activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must live in or relocate to Colorado, or within commutable distance to the Denver, CO office
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
- Strong verbal communication and influencing skills
- Strong sales instincts and ability to recognize buying signals
- Driven and competitive mindset
- Personal accountability, self-awareness, and student mentality
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize work while collaborating with a team
- Flexibility, ability to pivot quickly, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience or a 4-year degree
