About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary resource for parents sending middle and high school students on tour
  • Manage the customer lifecycle from initial tour enrollment through departure preparation and the tour itself
  • Handle inbound phone, online chat, and email communications
  • Work across time zones with sales and operations teams to anticipate and resolve customer problems
  • Develop and implement personal and regional sales strategies
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage and resolve multiple high-priority responsibilities daily
  • Take on new projects as needed
  • Collaborate with regional teams on day-to-day account maintenance
  • Support families throughout the tour planning experience
  • Perform responsibilities in both English and Spanish

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual English and Spanish speaker
  • Polished communicator who enjoys talking to people
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Ability to adapt when things do not go as planned
  • Ability to work across time zones with sales and operations teams
  • College degree is not required
  • Must perform role tasks in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to speak directly with customers for 5–6 hours per day
