About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective host family leads
  • Follow up with families by phone, text, and email
  • Understand childcare needs and assess au pair program fit
  • Ask discovery questions about family priorities and timelines
  • Tailor conversations and follow-up to each family
  • Help interested families begin the matching process
  • Maintain accurate lead notes and activities in the CRM

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current student participating in a college or university co-op program
  • Interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer experience, or business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads, tasks, and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptable and comfortable learning as you go
  • Motivated to take initiative and contribute ideas
  • Comfortable working in an office and occasionally in the field
  • Flexibility to support occasional weekend events and overnight travel as needed
