About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist Account Managers in developing and refining presentations, proposals, reports, and marketing collateral
  • Draft, proofread, and manage client communications
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Salesforce chat for 10–20 hours per week
  • Identify and implement improvements to the customer journey based on feedback and data
  • Provide general support to Account Managers and Traveler Support Specialists
  • Coordinate logistics and support Group Leader Loyalty Events
  • Manage invitations, confirmations, and follow-up event communications
  • Organize and maintain event participation, loyalty metrics, and feedback data
  • Collaborate with internal teams on tracking and documenting loyalty program activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous internship or work experience in customer service, business development, marketing, or event coordination is a plus but not required
