About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Meet monthly goals through daily outreach via phone, email, and social media to recruit new host homes
Serve as the main point of contact for host inquiries and provide customer support
Develop and execute host home recruitment strategies, including social media campaigns, referral programs, and community events
Represent EF at local fairs, events, and promotional activities
Visit prospective host homes to assess suitability and complete detailed home visit reports
Ensure host homes receive necessary information and documentation
Maintain accurate host home recruitment metrics and statistics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless homestay experience for students and hosts during peak summer
Share emergency on-call duties with other staff as needed
Organize and host appreciation events
