About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet monthly goals through daily outreach via phone, email, and social media to recruit new host homes
- Serve as the main point of contact for host inquiries and provide customer support
- Develop and execute host home recruitment strategies, including social media campaigns, referral programs, and community events
- Represent EF at local fairs, events, and promotional activities
- Visit prospective host homes to assess suitability and complete detailed home visit reports
- Ensure host homes receive necessary information and documentation
- Maintain accurate host home recruitment metrics and statistics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless homestay experience for students and hosts during peak summer
- Share emergency on-call duties with other staff as needed
- Organize and host appreciation events
Requirements
