About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, organize, and track au pairs’ education credit documentation and maintain accurate status records in internal systems
- Review coursework records, transcripts, and certificates against U.S. Department of State requirements
- Approve qualifying submissions or flag incomplete or nonqualifying documentation
- Serve as the primary contact for education credit inquiries and manage the Extension team’s inbound queue
- Respond directly to inquiries or route cases to the appropriate specialist
- Communicate approval decisions, outstanding requirements, and next steps to au pairs, host families, and local coordinators
- Partner with the extension sales team to share education credit status updates and support extension conversations
- Liaise with education course providers
- Keep internal resources updated as course offerings and recommendations change
- Monitor submission trends to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to review and assess documents accurately and consistently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey compliance requirements clearly to a diverse, international audience
- Ability to manage a high volume of submissions, prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally, particularly in support of a sales or client-facing team
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
- Experience working with international students or colleagues, or within a multicultural environment
- Experience in education administration, compliance administration, program coordination, or a related field
- Familiarity with cultural exchange programs, J-1 visa regulations, or Department of State compliance requirements
