About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet monthly goals through daily outreach via phone, email, and social media to recruit new host homes
  • Serve as the main point of contact for host inquiries and provide customer support
  • Develop and execute host home recruitment strategies, including social media campaigns, referral programs, and community events
  • Represent EF at local fairs, events, and promotional activities
  • Visit prospective host homes to assess suitability and complete detailed home visit reports
  • Ensure host homes receive necessary information and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of host home recruitment metrics and statistics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless homestay experience for students and hosts during peak summer
  • Share emergency on-call duties with other staff as needed
  • Organize and host appreciation events
