About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Motivate and guide students through the online school
- Advise students on achieving personal and company learning targets via phone, chat, and email
- Present school features and options to provide customized service
- Overcome student objections and provide personalized solutions for managing time and progress
- Provide call and follow-up service in French and English
- Host school demo webinars
- Provide technical advice and solutions for EF products
- Respond to questions directly or relay them to Global Customer Service by email or chat
- Meet quality and productivity requirements for customer support services
- Report to the Supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent writing and speaking skills in French and English
- French at C2 level
- English at C1 or C2 level
- Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy
- Focused on student satisfaction and ready to go the extra mile
- Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure and with uneasy students
- Must live in Barcelona
- Valid NIE/Spanish Social Security Number required
- Availability to work 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday
