About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Make outbound sales calls to potential travelers interested in group travel
- Maintain relationships with past loyal travelers and book their next Go Ahead Tour
- Independently manage a book of business while bringing in new business
- Conduct high-volume outreach and follow-up phone conversations
- Average 100+ calls and 3 hours of phone time per day
- Use consultative selling techniques to prospect and initiate product interest
- Achieve or exceed sales goals
- Develop an integrated sales strategy to accomplish goals
- Participate in the Sales Development Program, including training, coaching, presentations, public speaking, and mentorship
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must live in or relocate to Colorado or within commutable distance to the Denver, CO office
- Strong verbal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals via telephone
- Strong sales instincts and ability to recognize buying signals
- Driven and competitive mindset
- Personal accountability, self-awareness, and student mentality
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize work while collaborating with a team
- Flexibility, ability to pivot quickly, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must have at least 4 years of relevant work experience or a 4-year degree
- Ability to work Friday-Tuesday, 9am-5:30pm local time
- Ability to work Monday-Friday during onboarding from February 2nd to 16th
