About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the national New Business pipeline, ensuring opportunities are accurate, up to date and progressing
  • Run regular pipeline reviews, follow up stalled or at-risk opportunities, and highlight key priorities and risks
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, including board-ready materials on pipeline health and performance
  • Own Salesforce as the single source of truth for New Business, maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales conversion, pipeline velocity and the customer journey
  • Ensure agreed sales processes and procedures are followed consistently across the New Business team
  • Maintain and improve Sales and Implementation processes to support consistent ways of working
  • Support tender and RFP management, including proposals, presentations and sales content
  • Maintain a central library of current sales collateral, templates and resources
  • Support onboarding and training for new team members across Salesforce, systems and processes
  • Coordinate customer meetings, events and presentations to support the sales team
  • Partner with the General Manager - Implementation, Project Managers and Account Managers throughout onboarding and hypercare
  • Track implementation milestones and escalate risks that may impact customer go-live or commercial outcomes
  • Identify and implement improvements across the New Business funnel, systems and reporting
  • Provide Salesforce training, coaching and adoption support across the New Business team
  • Manage Salesforce configuration, system updates and release activities within New Business
  • Ensure reporting provides clear and reliable insights for sales representatives, managers and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar role
  • Strong Salesforce administration and reporting experience is essential
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, reporting and CRM data in a national or multi-team environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities through data
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills, with experience creating reports and dashboards
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Implementation and Account Management teams
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive consistent ways of working
  • Transport or logistics industry experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable
