About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale, highly complex pharma projects from briefing through completion
Serve as the senior-level point of contact for a key pharmaceutical client
Advise clients on project strategy, execution, and best practices
Coordinate collaboration among internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with client standards, tools, processes, and healthcare regulatory requirements
Manage project delivery, including timelines, budgets, risk management, resource planning, and reporting
Identify challenges early and manage escalations
Support and develop team members
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10+ years of experience in event project management
Extensive experience working with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients, particularly in HCP events
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements in Germany and internationally
Proven experience managing complex international projects, numerous stakeholders, and significant event budgets
Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior client-side stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of attendee management tools, particularly Cvent
Strong operational project management skills
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness and ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity and change, and deliver results reliably
