About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively manage existing and new clients with the goal of building long-term partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration or a related field
  • Initial professional experience as an Account Manager—ideally in the business travel industry
  • Solid experience managing B2B clients, preferably with complex requirements
  • Strong negotiation skills, an independent and detail-oriented work style, and excellent communication skills
  • Team spirit, a strong sense of ownership, and resilience
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, along with a strong affinity for digital tools and new systems
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
  • Business-fluent German and fluent written and spoken English
