About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage the entire recruiting process, from job posting through hiring
  • Review applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and guide candidates through the selection process
  • Coordinate interviews and work closely with the relevant managers
  • Collaborate with staffing agencies and recruiting platforms
  • Develop our recruiting channels and use new approaches to candidate sourcing, such as active sourcing
  • Organize and support the onboarding of new employees
  • Assist with operational and administrative HR processes
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other HR documents
  • Support employees and managers with general HR-related questions
  • Contribute to HR projects and the continuous improvement of our HR processes
  • Take on additional responsibilities within the HR department as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training, a degree, or comparable qualification in HR or personnel management
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting and operational HR
  • Experience in candidate management and comprehensive knowledge of the recruiting process from A to Z
  • Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications; experience with an HRM system is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and an independent, structured working style
  • Handle confidential personnel matters responsibly and discreetly
  • Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and maintain a professional, reliable manner
  • Very good German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills
