About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the technical setup of new and existing customer accounts
Conduct customer onboarding sessions
Review existing configurations and implement optimizations
Maintain and update customer data and rate codes
Answer internal and external questions regarding configurations, data, and processes
Contribute to the ongoing development of the product portfolio
Coordinate technical matters with system partners
Work closely with Sales and Product Management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree or vocational training with a technical background
At least 3 years of professional experience in technical implementation, ideally in the business travel sector
Strong technical understanding
Process-oriented and independent working style
Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
Very good command of German and good command of English, both written and spoken
