About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the technical setup of new and existing customer accounts, including customer onboarding sessions
  • Review existing configurations, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement improvements
  • Maintain and update customer data and rate codes
  • Respond to internal and external questions regarding configurations, data, and processes
  • Contribute to the further development of the product portfolio
  • Coordinate technical matters with system partners
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree or vocational training with a technical background
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in technical implementation, ideally in the business travel sector
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Process-oriented and independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
