Key responsibilities & impact

Build and run FP&A and treasury for the eJam group end to end
Own annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts by brand and entity, reconciled to the consolidated plan
Run monthly budget-versus-actual and KPI reviews, decompose variances, and write leadership commentary
Maintain brand operating models, including unit economics, CAC, LTV payback, and media-spend scenarios
Maintain daily revenue, gross-to-net, and goal-pacing reporting, aligning BigQuery dashboards with financial statements
Lead and develop brand Financial Analysts and operations analysts
Produce daily cash-on-hand and available-credit views across bank accounts, cards, and advertiser credit lines
Maintain rolling 13-week cash forecasts by entity
Manage intercompany funding and service-agreement charges with complete documentation
Own lender and bank relationships, including borrowing base certificates, covenant and reporting obligations, draws, and paydowns
Oversee card and payment-platform programs, including Ramp, bank cards, and merchant processors
Lead quarterly lender and investor financial packages and the finance side of diligence, quality of earnings, and capital raises
Partner with the Accounting Manager on the close calendar and actuals delivery
Drive the finance systems roadmap across QuickBooks Online, Ramp, Cin7, BigQuery, and adopted planning or A/R platforms
Manage analyst priorities, review, development, and source-traceability standards
Automate and document recurring reporting, variance commentary, and forecast refreshes with Claude

Requirements

What you’ll need

Built an annual budget and rolling forecast by brand or business unit with operators, and ran monthly budget vs actual reviews acted on by leadership
Ran a 13-week cash forecast and daily cash position across multiple entities or bank accounts, including intercompany funding
Owned borrowing base certificates, covenant, and reporting deliverables under an ABL, revolver, or term facility
Modeled subscription rebill and churn, retail gross to net, or cohort payback for a DTC, ecommerce, or CPG brand
7 or more years in FP&A, corporate finance, or treasury, including at least 2 years managing analysts, ideally at a CPG, DTC, or ecommerce company
Advanced Excel, including driver-based and three-statement models
Comfort querying a SQL warehouse; BigQuery preferred
Daily use of AI, primarily Claude, with output review before publication and ability to teach the team the same practice
Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics, or related
CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA nice to have
QuickBooks Online, Ramp, Cin7, or Deel nice to have
Experience with quality of earnings, investor diligence, or a capital raise nice to have
Experience with merchant of record or multi-entity MSA structures nice to have
