About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direct patient care for MAT, substance use, and other psychiatric disorders via telemedicine
  • Work closely with the Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to integrate medical services with whole-person support services
  • Contribute to a mission-oriented, proactive, ethical, and collaborative culture
  • Ensure medical care and documentation comply with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and CARF accreditation standards
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Report to the Senior Medical Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience prescribing MAT in the past
  • Active DEA to prescribe controlled substances
  • Current active, unencumbered Washington Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license
  • Active DEA certification in Washington
  • MSN degree or higher
  • Current National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Mission-driven and motivated to join an organization transforming accessible, evidence-based, clinically excellent substance use disorder care
  • Ability to work across teams and functions
  • Self-starter who quickly identifies what needs to be done and takes ownership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking on a variety of tasks as needed
  • Ability to be consistently available for scheduled shifts
  • Must physically reside in Washington state
