About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support IT delivery initiatives across Artificial Intelligence, Back End, Front End, and Quality Assurance
Translate business needs into secure and sustainable digital solutions
Maintain technical and functional documentation, including requirements, business rules, solution designs, API contracts, test evidence, runbooks, and support procedures
Develop, configure, integrate, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions
Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
Participate in discovery, refinement, estimation, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Assess technical feasibility, clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, detail alternatives, and identify impacts, dependencies, risks, and effort
Support the development and integration of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions
Define and execute functional, integration, regression, API, and exploratory tests; automate tests where applicable
Contribute to version control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, incident analysis, and continuous improvement
Support release planning, production deployments, security and stability checks, hypercare, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, knowledge transfer, and transition to support teams
Participate in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS / EAI)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field
Practical experience in Front-End development using JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as Angular or React
Practical experience in Back-End development and consuming or implementing REST APIs, using at least one enterprise language or framework such as .NET/C#, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python
Experience with software testing practices
Basic practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI
Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows, preferably using Git, pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Intermediate English proficiency; advanced proficiency is a plus
