About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate operational execution between Electrolux and internal and external partners.
Process and monitor notifications and status updates using reporting tools, Track & Trace systems, and C4C.
Manage complaints and support the returns process.
Prepare damage and loss settlements in accordance with existing agreements.
Carry out delivery note cancellations in SAP and Oracle Transport Management (OTM).
Monitor and ensure compliance with defined service levels.
Support KPI monitoring and related reporting.
Review and implement our quality standards and contribute to their ongoing development.
Monitor IT interfaces to distribution centers and transshipment points.
Identify optimization opportunities and support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
Participate in projects and provide cover for team members when required.
Work closely with transport planning and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial or logistics vocational training, along with professional experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
Careful and structured approach to work, with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong understanding of logistics processes and their interdependencies.
Good knowledge of SAP, Oracle Transport Management (OTM), and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of IT interface monitoring and system support.
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work.
Analytical mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Experience in project or change management is an advantage.
