Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation of complex features and enhancements across web platforms
Partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, intuitive user experiences
Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decisions on performance, accessibility, and scalability
Provide code reviews, share expertise, and foster a strong engineering culture
Work within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across multiple Agile Release Trains
Build scalable, performant, and maintainable applications using modern web technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of frontend development experience
Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
Experience with Headless CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely CMS or Sanity CMS, including data modeling and integration
Experience developing reusable component libraries or design systems is a strong plus
Experience with .NET C# is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English
