About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage logistics performance across the entire D2C operation using Amazon Fulfillment
- Manage the logistics contract, distribution and delivery logistics, volume projections, reverse logistics, costs, and budget controls
- Manage logistics routines related to order deliveries
- Promote process integration and best practices across the distribution logistics operation
- Analyze, monitor, and seek solutions for order delivery and reverse logistics issues
- Develop and monitor service-level indicators
- Implement operational actions throughout the distribution chain
- Prepare and update volume and cost projections and control budgets
- Conduct technical visits to Electrolux operations centers when necessary
- Liaise with internal teams to meet consumer delivery requirements
- Manage product pickups and returns to the distribution center
- Analyze outstanding pickup and return items weekly and submit reports
- Perform the monthly closing of volume and value indicators for returned products and products pending return
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred
- Knowledge of logistics operations and logistics contract management
- Knowledge of operational performance, problem analysis, and solution development
- Experience with consumer experience operations
- Knowledge of operational planning and performance management
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Advanced PowerPoint proficiency
- Intermediate English and Spanish preferred
