About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement demand protection strategies to respond to market fluctuations, supply constraints, and risk events
- Lead supply chain resilience analyses, identifying vulnerabilities, critical dependencies, and mitigation opportunities
- Build and maintain performance indicators, including OTIF, Supplier Scorecards, TCO, and other strategic Supply Chain KPIs
- Develop analytical models and dashboards to support decision-making
- Monitor market trends and geopolitical, logistics, and supply risks
- Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams on mitigation plans and supply continuity initiatives
- Lead production capacity and logistics capability studies for suppliers and strategic partners
- Conduct end-to-end supply chain assessments, balancing service levels, total cost, and operational resilience
- Support the S&OP process with risk analyses, scenarios, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Lean Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of International Trade
- Experience in Material Requirements Planning, Materials Control, and Supply Chain
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced English proficiency
