About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement medium- to high-complexity Supply Chain projects in accordance with defined scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets
Prepare and consolidate materials for project checkpoint meetings and portfolio prioritization with stakeholders
Lead the development and implementation of projects involving process and system changes or implementations
Prepare cost, timeline, effort, and resource estimates for projects
Conduct feasibility studies in accordance with the project management methodology
Prepare, validate, and present materials for project checkpoints
Negotiate the feasibility of implementing new projects with operations teams
Manage projects in accordance with project management principles and the company’s methodology
Keep project documentation up to date
Understand Supply Chain operations to identify opportunities
Monitor department performance indicators in relation to the market
Ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable legislation
Prioritize safety during project execution and in the implemented operation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Supply Chain is preferred
Experience in Supply Chain
Knowledge of Footprint and Logistics Network is preferred
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge of Microsoft PPM and Power BI is preferred
Advanced English; Spanish is preferred
