About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain, manage, and ensure the quality of product data in Product Information Management (PIM) systems
  • Ensure the consistent and accurate presentation of product information, technical specifications, and product benefits across digital and offline channels
  • Optimize product content for websites, retail partners, and other sales channels
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Product Management, and international stakeholders
  • Maintain and update product information on partner platforms
  • Manage legally required product information, data sheets, and energy labels
  • Support the creation of catalogs and other product documentation
  • Implement regulatory requirements relating to sustainability and the environment
  • Coordinate processes related to take-back and recycling obligations
  • Handle inquiries relating to sustainability and environmental topics
  • Prepare analyses, reports, and regulatory submissions in accordance with legal requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree in business, economics, or a related field, or comparable commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in product data management, content management, PIM systems, or a comparable environment
  • Ideally, experience with technical consumer goods or complex product portfolios
  • Interest in sustainability and regulatory topics
  • Highly structured, meticulous, and independent working style
  • Strong affinity for data, processes, and digital systems
  • Excellent organizational skills, along with a solution-oriented and proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with a range of stakeholders
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
