About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate operational processes between Electrolux and internal and external partners
Plan and manage transports in Oracle Transport Management (OTM)
Monitor planning results as well as vehicle arrival and loading times in the transport management system
Optimize loading capacity and planning processes to improve transport efficiency
Support claims management and returns processing
Process delivery note cancellations in SAP and OTM
Ensure and monitor defined service levels
Review and implement quality standards
Monitor relevant IT interfaces to distribution centers and transshipment points
Process inventory postings within logistics networks
Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to quality assurance and process optimization measures
Participate in projects and provide cover for team members as required
Process and monitor reporting activities using reporting tools and track-and-trace systems
Prepare damage and loss settlements in accordance with applicable agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk or freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
Professional experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management
Careful and structured approach with a strong attention to detail
Understanding of logistics interdependencies and cross-functional processes
Strong customer and service orientation
Team player with the ability to work independently and responsibly
Resilience and assertiveness in a dynamic environment
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of SAP and Oracle Transport Management (OTM) is an advantage
Good written and spoken English
