About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guarantee renewals of clients’ credit lines by obtaining updated internal and audited financial information, credit bureau data, KYC documentation, and powers of attorney.
  • Update the Element Pricing Model (EPM) flow with client information.
  • Create renewal credit line opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Coordinate meetings between sales representatives and risk/pricing teams.
  • Support sales representatives in analyzing potential clients.
  • Monitor business opportunities to streamline operational flow and commercial relationships.
  • Collaborate with the legal area on client contract preparation.
  • Update client information on the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) platform.
  • Conduct cold calling and prospecting for tier 3 and 4 clients, targeting at least five meetings per year.
  • Develop sales skills to eventually become a Sales Representative.
  • Partner with strategic consultants on TCOs and related reports to master product and service capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related career (numerical).
  • +2 years being a CA in Element, or +2 years of experience in the commercial and / or financial services industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced /fluent English.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high detail orientation.
  • Focus on the client and strong interpersonal relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture lasting relationships.
  • Proactive, self-empowered, and passionate about change.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams at a fast pace in changing environments.
