About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative
  • Use product, pricing, packaging, go-to-market, and customer levers to drive results
  • Scope and define enterprise product bets from discovery through launch and adoption
  • Build admin and governance features, including role-based permissions, access visibility, usage and spend controls, and reporting
  • Partner with engineering to scope and ship enterprise products such as Ads Engine
  • Work with sales to triage feature requests and deal blockers and prioritize the roadmap
  • Join customer conversations to understand enterprise evaluation, purchasing, and rollout of creative tooling
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, expansion, and retention across accounts
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and growth to ship quickly and drive projects through completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with recent experience owning enterprise or B2B product
  • Track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes across multiple levers
  • Experience shipping enterprise capabilities such as admin, permissions, billing, or security
  • Experience driving adoption across large customer accounts
  • Deep familiarity with creative, marketing, and media team workflows
  • Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end
  • Experience working directly with sales and customers and prioritizing high-volume requests into a roadmap
  • Design-minded, with ability to mock up concepts and workflows
  • Technical fluency to discuss architecture, integrations, and tradeoffs with engineers
  • Strong product judgment and clear point of view on what to build and why
  • Bias toward shipping and iterating
  • Curiosity about AI and creative tools
  • Must currently reside in an eligible country listed for the role
