Key responsibilities & impact

Unlock the full potential of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform for enterprise customers
Scale technical solutions efficiently across many enterprise customers
Improve internal processes and support sales teams
Collaborate with Account Executives on the technical aspects of the sales process
Work with technical contacts at customers and prospects to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
Create technical demonstrations communicating the product value proposition
Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team
Build self-service tools and documentation for independent customer implementation
Identify common integration patterns or features to productize
Partner with product teams to implement productized integrations and features
Travel regularly to customer onsites

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support
Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
Strong technical background for architecting integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer solutions
Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects
Proficiency in Python
Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
Fluency in English and Portuguese
Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances
Candidate should preferably be based in São Paulo, Brazil
Must be based in Brazil
