Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospective customers
Provide bespoke technical support and architect solutions
Craft technical demonstrations communicating the product value proposition
Create technical enablement resources for the sales team
Build self-service tools and documentation enabling customers to implement solutions independently
Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features
Work with product teams to implement productized integration patterns and features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support
Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
Strong technical background for architecting integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer solutions
Experience working with customers; student clubs or side projects are acceptable
Proficiency in Python
Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
Must reside in Greece
Regular travel for customer onsite engagements
