About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as part of a driven team to unlock the full potential of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform for enterprise customers
Scale technical solutions efficiently across many enterprise customers
Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition
Create technical enablement resources for the sales team
Build self-service tools and documentation to help customers implement solutions independently
Identify common integration patterns or features for productization and work with product teams to implement them

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support
Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
Strong technical background to architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer solutions
Experience working with customers; student clubs or side projects are acceptable
Proficiency in Python
Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
Fluency in English and Spanish
Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances
Based in Mexico; preference for Mexico City
Regular travel for customer onsites
