Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build complete agent-powered features across frontend interfaces, application state, backend services, APIs, and data storage
Develop agent capabilities and integrations, including model orchestration, creative tools, and reliable asynchronous workflows for audio, image, and video generation
Build and operate infrastructure, improving quality, performance, scalability, and security through evaluations, monitoring, and testing
Own problem areas from discovery and prototyping through deployment and ongoing operation
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering
Shape agent capabilities and user experiences across ElevenCreative
Improve a live product while pursuing greenfield development and influencing product direction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong engineering skills across frontend and backend
Track record of independently building complete production applications
Ability to design user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data models
Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, asynchronous processing, testing, and observability
Ability to debug and resolve problems across the full stack
Evidence of end-to-end ownership and strong product judgement
Clear communication
Ability to take ambiguous problems from technical design through shipping and ongoing operation
Excitement about creative agents and ability to learn quickly as models, tools, and user needs evolve
Hands-on experience building production agents, evaluations, MCP integrations, creative editors, or multimodal products particularly valuable
Experience building in a small, fast-moving team particularly valuable
