About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage GTM onboarding cohorts end to end, including scheduling, communications, live-session facilitation, speaker coordination and feedback collection
Ensure consistent and engaging onboarding experiences for new hires across regions
Create training materials and e-learning modules
Maintain accurate, relevant and navigable learning content in WorkRamp and Enablement OS
Work with subject matter experts to convert complex topics into practical learning experiences
Own the launch and certification calendar
Track programme milestones, completion and follow-up actions
Maintain dashboards and reporting for onboarding, certifications, ramp metrics and team OKRs
Analyze data to identify progress, gaps and areas for improvement
Run OKR and roadmap tracking, enablement calendar management and team operating rhythms
Track cross-functional dependencies across RevOps, Product Marketing, People and Product
Flag risks early and maintain ownership, timelines and follow-through across workstreams
Help plan and deliver major enablement events such as Sales Kick-Off, including session coordination, timelines and run of show
Partner with Sales Enablement, GTM, RevOps, Product Marketing and People teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience running onboarding, training or enablement programmes in a fast-moving GTM, sales or commercial environment
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Experience developing training materials and e-learning content
Experience building and running team operations, including OKR and roadmap tracking and operating rhythms
Ability to coordinate cross-functional dependencies and align stakeholders
Experience building or maintaining dashboards, trackers and reporting processes
Ability to use data to measure progress and inform decisions
Familiarity with learning management systems such as WorkRamp
Passion for using AI tools and agents, with hands-on experience applying them to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes
Creative, curious approach to problem-solving
Experience supporting a company-wide event such as Sales Kick-Off (bonus)
Experience at a high-growth technology or AI company (bonus)
Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong or other GTM reporting tools (bonus)
Ability to operate in US Eastern timezones (GMT-5, GMT-4)
