About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical assistance to customers and support the Sales team
- Advise customers on products and their applications
- Conduct online and in-person training on the operation and sanitization of equipment (ice cream machines)

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Refrigeration
- Basic knowledge of Electrical or Electronics
- Basic knowledge of Commercial Refrigeration, particularly ice cream machines
- Conversational Spanish and/or English
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence tools
- Willingness to travel
- A current and valid driver's license — mandatory requirement
