About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect for and build relationships with the country's leading Software Houses (ISVs)
- Identify project opportunities and new requirements with software partners
- Map market trends, segments, and potential end customers
- Generate qualified demand for Regional Managers and sales channels
- Maintain contact with Software House decision-makers and strengthen the strategic partner ecosystem
- Lead alignment, planning, and opportunity review meetings
- Develop solutions with Software Houses, sales channels, and end customers
- Support the technical and commercial scoping of projects
- Coordinate internal resources to enable opportunities
- Support outreach strategies, sales presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and proposals
- Record and track opportunities in the CRM, ensuring their progression through the sales funnel
- Prepare closing forecasts and periodic reports
- Identify new Software Houses and systems integrators, develop joint business plans, and pursue opportunities in new segments and regions
- Monitor competitors, market developments, and emerging technologies
- Identify projects to replace or complement competing solutions
- Share strategic information with the sales team
- Track KPIs related to pipeline, projects, opportunities, revenue, active Software Houses, conversion, and participation in strategic national projects
- Act as the link between Software Houses, sales channels, and Regional Managers by generating demand, accelerating projects, and converting relationships into revenue
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Production Engineering, Computer Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field
- Business and market knowledge: Software House (ISV) ecosystem, commercial automation, retail, Food Service and Self-Checkout, sales and distribution channels, B2B and consultative sales, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunities
- Technology knowledge: basic ERP, POS, back-office, and CRM architecture; software and hardware integrations; commercial automation; cloud, APIs, and digital platforms; CRM tools such as Salesforce and Dynamics
- Management knowledge: project management, strategic planning, market intelligence, basic financial analysis, and business cases
- Commercial skills: prospecting and business development, high-value negotiation, opportunity mapping, strategic account management, and executive relationship management
- Analytical skills: market and competitive analysis, trend identification, opportunity prioritization, and interpretation of performance indicators
- Management and influence: leadership without formal authority, coordination of cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, executive meetings, presentations, and executive storytelling
- Operational skills: pipeline organization and management, tracking complex projects, action plans, and priority management
