About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operationalize measurement strategies, key metric frameworks, and reporting standards across Global Communications
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and data systems such as Meltwater
- Conduct analysis across channels, audiences, and reputation
- Translate performance data into recommendations optimizing creative output
- Support anomaly detection and trend forecasting to identify emerging issues, crises, and trends
- Apply AI-driven tools and platforms to modernize analytical workflows and enhance creative capabilities
- Produce executive-ready insights, reports, and narratives
- Inform strategy and understanding of key audiences, including their trust and engagement
- Partner with the Marketing social media team on shared listening and analytics
- Collaborate with Business Insights & Analytics and Market Research teams
- Strengthen data literacy across the communications function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics
- 7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or business intelligence, with a strong focus on data analytics, measurement, and insights
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, measurement programs, and reporting systems connecting communications activities to business outcomes and stakeholder behavior
- Working expertise in audience intelligence, reputational insights, and trust data
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms for data analysis, trend forecasting, and workflow optimization
- Familiarity with Meltwater or equivalent tools such as Talkwalker or Cision
- Familiarity with Quid and Morning Consult Intelligence
- Experience working with global, multi-market teams
- Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
- Pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience is a plus
