About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with brands and internal and external partners to implement brand content strategy across the content supply chain
  • Supervise a portfolio of assigned brand projects
  • Define, oversee, and maintain timelines for brand content, projects, and backlog
  • Ensure timely and successful project delivery according to marketing needs and objectives
  • Use system tools to improve throughput, velocity, speed, rework, deviations, team capacity, and resource planning
  • Review timelines and capacity constraints
  • Ensure accurate measurement, forecasting, data, and progress across content supply chain systems
  • Check work thoroughly between content supply chain systems and handoffs
  • Identify and resolve issues before they impact the business
  • Train and upskill cross-functional partners on content supply chain systems, workflows, tasks, and results
  • Partner in the deviation process, log deviations using the quality management system, and support investigations and prevention
  • Coordinate with cross-functional peers to assess resource capacity and address resource constraints
  • Develop relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal capabilities
  • Report to the Senior Director, Content Operations
  • Travel 0–10%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience working on projects supporting a regulated industry (e.g., pharma)
  • 2+ years of experience with capacity and project management systems (e.g., Wrike/Workfront/Jira)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not provide work authorization or visa sponsorship
  • Understanding of Lilly’s compliance standards and quality requirements, including CIQ, MLRO processes, AI technologies, content standards, and FDA requirements
  • Deep technical understanding of content supply chain tools, tasks, workflows, and interdependencies
  • Deep understanding of project management systems, data, interdependencies, and workflows
  • Additional preferences include project management certification, product launch experience, marketing operations experience, promotional approval systems experience, and experience with project management software such as Workfront, Wrike, Scope Deliver, Jira, Workamajig, Asana, and Trello
