  • Understand disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, and product labels
  • Plan and engage in patient-centered dialogues with customers
  • Promote the business-unit portfolio across HCP specialties
  • Utilize the Virtual Medical Hub
  • Achieve targeted sales and execution metrics while following company policies
  • Own customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access
  • Manage results and performance across HCP and health-system accounts
  • Build and maintain internal and external partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state
  • Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results
  • Account-based selling experience
  • Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts
  • Strong learning agility, self-motivation, team focus, and emotional intelligence
  • Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs
  • Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary
