About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess and diagnose clients
- Carry out treatment plans
- Build toward a full-time caseload of about 25 client sessions per week
- Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field
- Connecticut credential in good standing: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD; or pre-licensed LMSW, LPCA, or LMFTA
- Experience with intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes
- Strong communication skills and healthy client boundaries
- Timely, accurate documentation
- Comfort working with a diverse client base
- Ability to pass a background check
- Knowledge of community resources and insurance billing is a plus
- Familiarity with Apple products, Valant, and telehealth platforms is a plus
- Training in EMDR, neurodivergent-affirming care, play therapy, or other modalities is a plus
