About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own lifecycle marketing across Elm Street Technology's product family, including IDX Broker, IXACT Contact, OutboundEngine, VoicePad, and Aiva
  • Shape and drive customer lifecycle strategy across all Elm Street Technology brands
  • Identify lifecycle gaps and build programs to address them
  • Design, build, and optimize automated lead nurture sequences for organic and non-paid channels
  • Build onboarding and product adoption journeys with Customer Success
  • Own trial-to-paid conversion sequences, prioritizing new product launches
  • Develop retention, win-back, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns
  • Own CRM segmentation strategy and marketing workflow execution within GoHighLevel
  • Manage list hygiene, deliverability, and campaign optimization
  • Partner with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Sales to align campaigns and workflows
  • Support new product launches by building customer journey infrastructure
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance data
  • Report on key metrics and continuously test and improve lifecycle programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent working experience
  • 4–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, CRM marketing, or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience building automated customer journeys, including lead nurture, onboarding, trial-to-paid, and retention/win-back
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, or similar
  • Experience building workflows, segmentation, and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and experience measuring and reporting on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write and refine campaign copy independently
  • Experience partnering with Customer Success and Revenue Operations/CRM ownership functions
  • Experience nurturing and converting leads from organic/inbound channels such as SEO, content, referral, and organic social
  • Experience supporting a SaaS product launch or new product introduction
  • Experience working across multiple brands or a product portfolio simultaneously
  • Familiarity with SQL or comparable data querying/analysis tools
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Strong project management skills for managing multiple lifecycle programs simultaneously
  • Embraces AI tools and looks for ways to apply them to lifecycle marketing work
  • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
