About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of planning and delivering marketing activity across Minden Systems and supporting Elmbridge UK when required
  • Turn agreed marketing plans into effective campaigns, content and communications using insights to improve activity
  • Lead the planning, implementation and ongoing improvement of marketing campaigns
  • Create and deliver email content for existing customers and prospects
  • Monitor campaign activity and contribute to dashboards and monthly reporting
  • Lead, implement and improve social media across the Minden brand
  • Develop and implement monthly social media content schedules
  • Assist with setting up and developing Minden’s Instagram presence
  • Manage ongoing development and content updates of the Minden website
  • Monitor website performance and analytics
  • Support SEO and AI visibility in search results
  • Assist with implementation, launch, training and ongoing management of the new Elmbridge website portal
  • Plan and write blogs, case studies and other marketing materials
  • Support creation of Minden brand collateral
  • Maintain and organise image and video libraries
  • Assist with video production for social media
  • Ensure marketing communications follow Elmbridge and Minden brand guidelines
  • Support continued development of the Minden brand
  • Manage HubSpot for campaign delivery, audience segmentation, lead nurturing and customer engagement
  • Support campaign reporting and monitor lead engagement through HubSpot
  • Maintain accurate marketing data and database records
  • Support planning and delivery of exhibitions, open days and other marketing events
  • Provide on-the-day event support
  • Coordinate event communications, promotional material and follow-up activity
  • Support content planning for national, local and industry publications
  • Draft features for review and approval
  • Identify appropriate industry publications and promotional opportunities
  • Undertake other reasonable duties supporting Elmbridge UK or Minden Systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least three years’ experience in a marketing, digital marketing or campaign-focused role, with evidence of managing projects from planning through to evaluation
  • Strong copywriting and content-development skills
  • Experience in delivering email, social media and digital campaigns
  • Confidence managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Experience using a CRM platform
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and external suppliers
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Desirable: HubSpot experience
  • Desirable: WordPress experience
  • Desirable: Experience in B2B, manufacturing or technical markets
  • Desirable: Basic video editing or content-production capability
  • Desirable: Experience supporting exhibitions and customer events
