About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Publish, format, and update text, images, and multimedia content on the website
Upload and manage course materials, structures, and student resources within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Process recorded materials, including webinars and lectures, for publishing
Perform basic video editing, including trimming, text overlays, and simple transitions, for course materials and promotional content
Ensure published content is well-structured, error-free, and displays correctly across the website and LMS
Flag and troubleshoot formatting or display issues before content goes live
Collaborate with Marketing and Instructor teams to keep content accurate and on-brand
Take ownership of content publishing end-to-end across the website and LMS

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Content Manager, Content Administrator, or in a similar role is a plus
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, iMovie, or similar software)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Upper-Intermediate English level
Experience in the online education or EdTech industry is nice to have
Familiarity with audio/video processing tools beyond basic editing is nice to have
Experience maintaining or organizing large content libraries is nice to have
Basic understanding of web publishing or HTML formatting is nice to have
