Key responsibilities & impact

Weigh competing requests against capacity, deadlines, and dependencies and recommend delivery sequences for CTO confirmation
Hold senior and business stakeholders accountable for commitments and push back on late changes, out-of-process requests, and unrealistic dates
Propose and negotiate delivery plans and track CTO-confirmed plans
Surface blockers and slippage early, present options, and escalate material risks
Keep Asana accurate across every initiative and request
Turn discussions into owners, milestones, dates, dependencies, decisions, and next steps
Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria before engineering commitments
Interview stakeholders and conduct light business analysis to turn ambiguity into workable specifications
Coordinate execution, testing, releases, incidents, support, rollout, and adoption follow-through
Own user acceptance testing before release
Use AI-assisted coding tools to create quick prototypes, scripts, and internal automations
Improve operating processes without unnecessary ceremony
Work directly with the CTO and coordinate engineers and business stakeholders from request through release, rollout, and adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2–4 years of software Project Management/Delivery Management ownership, ideally in outsourcing or IT services
Fluent professional Ukrainian
Strong Upper-Intermediate English, B2+ minimum; C1 preferred
Experience running 2–4 workstreams
End-to-end experience from discovery or intake through production release, plus maintenance, support, or incidents
Comfortable interviewing stakeholders and writing requirements without a dedicated BA
Practical ownership of scope, dates, dependencies, risks, change requests, and stakeholder communication
Technical fluency with APIs, environments, QA, regression, deployments, rollbacks, databases, and incidents
Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
Calm judgment, polite persistence, attention to detail, and comfort influencing without line authority
Strong experience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar tools
Earlier Business Analysis or QA experience is a strong advantage
Direct experience with UK, US, Canadian, or European clients and distributed engineering teams is a plus
Technical degree, coding background, PMP, Scrum certification, and EdTech experience are optional
