About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Issuing and posting sales invoices
- Processing consultants’ invoices, including self-billing
- Cash collection
- Cooperating with suppliers and customers on accounting reconciliation
- Reconciling monthly reports and managing expenses
- Investigating payment discrepancies
- Updating and managing data in internal systems
- Taking part in related projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant min 2 years of experience (invoicing, self-billing)
- Very good computer literacy, especially in MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and Outlook
- A good level of English or Polish and Dutch
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and/or experience in accounting environment (internship) is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail, structured and organized approach to daily responsibilities
- A proactive mindset and a solution-oriented attitude
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work
