About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, identify, and attract qualified specialists through relevant channels
- Build a network and continuously maintain it in relation to projects
- Conduct in-person and telephone interviews
- Support candidates and convince them to join projects
- Work closely with Account Management
- Stay informed about the details of each position and client
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through placement
- Contribute to expanding the team in Hamburg and Berlin
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in recruiting
- Ideally, experience in personnel services or staffing
- Enthusiasm for proactive candidate sourcing
- Experience conducting, or willingness to conduct, telephone and in-person interviews
- Motivation and confidence in day-to-day work
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, time management, and ability to prioritize
- German language skills at a native or near-native level (C2)
