About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult with clients to determine optimal software configurations for their business needs and long-term use
- Configure Treasury Management, cash flow forecasting, cash accounting, and payments functionalities through the user interface
- Configure software through back-end databases, scripts, and software tools
- Track, manage, and regularly update implementation project progress
- Maintain ongoing communication with client-side and internal stakeholders
- Act as an internal technical product knowledge resource during training, testing, and troubleshooting
- Provide customer service by phone, email, online, and in person
- Lead client-facing implementation kickoffs, requirements-gathering sessions, and configuration review meetings
- Collaborate with the Product team through user feedback, research, testing, and internal product consulting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma in a related field, and/or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in finance and software implementation projects
- Preferably experience with financial software such as TMSs or ERPs
- Experience in finance, including accounting and treasury management
- Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, negotiation, and diplomacy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully
- Learner’s mindset and ability to consistently improve knowledge and abilities
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Confidence communicating with clients day to day in English
- Charm and engagement during client interactions, verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask
- International experience and additional languages are a plus
