Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience
Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or similar advanced AI technologies
Hands-on experience with open-source LLM frameworks and tools, including deployment and optimization
Proficiency with cloud services, especially Google Cloud, and API development
Strong programming skills in Python and Go
Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable code
Passion for using technology to drive business innovation and improve customer experiences
Comfortable in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments; proactive and adaptable
Fast learner with a startup mentality; takes initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced team
Experience with modern AI voice agent systems is a nice-to-have
