About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, test, and deploy physical AI agents to airports, stadiums, conference centers, and retail spaces
  • Own AI hardware deployments end to end
  • Set up screens, sensors, networking equipment, and edge computing devices
  • Debug systems on-site in real-world environments
  • Build software for AI agents using Python, TypeScript, APIs, and integrations
  • Contribute production code to the engineering codebase
  • Lead and support deployments at major events and high-profile locations
  • Present demonstrations to customers, partners, and VIPs
  • Explain AI systems to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Provide field observations and feedback to engineering and product teams
  • Help shape future product development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Full-time availability
  • Experience delivering enterprise software at a startup or running enterprise projects at a consulting firm is ideally desired
  • Programming ability in Python, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
  • Experience building and shipping software beyond specifications
  • Genuine interest in AI, including LLMs, computer vision, and multimodal models
  • Willingness to work with and troubleshoot hardware on-site
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, chaotic startup and deployment environments
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, or RAG pipelines is a bonus
  • Familiarity with edge computing, IoT, AV systems, or robotics is a bonus
  • Prior startup or hackathon experience is a bonus
  • Background in computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, or a related technical field is a bonus
