About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy for every account and maintain rolling 90-day plans tied to launches, release calendars, campaign windows, pipeline cycles, and market shifts
  • Own the client relationship after the sale, including kickoffs, weekly working sessions, quarterly reviews, executive briefings, and strategic questions between meetings
  • Determine Fix Pack strategy, including what to deploy, when to deploy it, and why it matters
  • Build Fix Pack rationales with clients, align work internally, and connect interventions to strategic objectives
  • Drive account expansion and carry a soft quota on net new ARR across the portfolio
  • Shape clients’ perception of emberos through judgment, responsiveness, and value
  • Surface opportunities for additional value during quarterly reviews
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to shape solutions around client needs
  • Translate technical work for CMOs and client problems for engineers
  • Create and document new processes when playbook gaps arise
  • Recommend action when available signal is sufficient, even before information is complete

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6+ years in a client-facing strategic role
  • Experience in management consulting, brand or marketing strategy, agency account leadership, or enterprise customer success accountable for outcomes
  • Demonstrated record of growing accounts through revenue expansion or net revenue retention
  • Experience working directly with CMOs, brand leaders, or equivalent executives
  • Ability to challenge briefs, defend recommendations, and hold ground when answers are not obvious
  • Strong written point of view; ability to turn signal, data, and complexity into clear executive-level arguments
  • Fluency, or ability to become fluent quickly, in AI-driven discovery, including AI search, LLMs, and answer engines
  • Comfort reading dashboards, separating signal from noise, and translating data into recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate comfortably with technical and engineering teams
  • Direct, commercial, relational, and generous-with-signal working style
  • Nice to have: experience in film, entertainment, consumer, or launch/release-calendar-driven categories
  • Nice to have: early-stage company experience building processes
  • Experience in programmatic advertising, agency, or SEO/GEO is a plus
