About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with development and maintenance of Claims training materials, job aids, and learner resources
- Help review and update existing training content for accuracy and consistency
- Develop microlearning or Claims IQ-style learning resources
- Review, audit, and update the Claims Training SharePoint site
- Ensure resources, links, and training materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with business processes
- Identify outdated information and recommend improvements to site organization and usability
- Participate in project meetings with Claims leaders, subject matter experts, and training team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- College freshman or above
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Preferred major/area of study: Learning & Development, Education, Art, Graphic Design, Insurance/Risk Management, or Human Resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or learning management systems
- Interest in insurance, training, instructional design, or employee development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
